This is a quick and easy recipe for leftover pork roast

Take a can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of milk, mix in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Add 1 can mexicorn
Add a little salt and pepper or seasoned salt
Boil a half bag of thin egg noodles, drain and add the noodles
Cube the leftover pork roast and add that
Mix well, put in the oven for 20 minutes at 350. Voila, yummy leftovers

I’m still trying to picture “leftover pork roast”. I don’t think I’ve seen such a mythical creature. Heh. With my crowd there isn’t much left over. It sounds good tho

Sounds delish!!!
Easy enough to make too...

I often have left over and other than using the pork for BBQ later not much else so this is welcomed change...
Thank You for posting it too...

I hear that!! My family calls me the leftover queen. But having raised a big family while working, before I had a microwave, I used to cook all day Sunday, and portion and freeze stuff. Then would make leftover dishes from whatever I made for Sunday dinner (roasts, pot roast, chicken etc) . Made it a lot easier on weekdays after work I've gotta tell ya!

I hear you!!! Six kids in our family...

Microwaves helped and hurt us... My mother spent Saturdays cooking too, then froze it so all we had to do was warm whatever later.. Can’t tell you how many times my two brothers would come home from school and “warm up” something that was to be dinner some night...lolol

Beef stews, spagetti sauces etc were always better tasting too!!!
