SWMBO’s Blueberry Peach Crumble

Again, from the marvelous SWMBO
blueberry peach crumble
9 x12 or slightly larger glass baking dish
4 large peaches, remove pit, cut in small pieces. You can remove skin if you like. I prefer to leave it on'
2 cups washed and drained blueberries
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
mix these ingredients and pour them in baking dish
mix in separate bowel 1 cup light brown sugar (or 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup dark brown sugar)
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
slowly add 2 sticks (1/2) pound unsalted butter softened until the entire sugar, oats and flour mixure is in small peices crumbled together
put on top of the berries and peaches
cook uncovered for 45 minutes at 350degree. Add whipped cream if desired
serves 8 or or only 3 with Slatten

Try my eating the whole durn thing as, heck, it's only a 9" X 12" casserole dish. I'd top it with some vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
I love both blueberries and peaches.
