Bacon burgers

I kind of refined this one from many years of processing our own beef and deer. Basically, you need very lean red meat, a meat grinder, the crushed garlic in oil you can get at most big grocery stores and wochestershire sauce. Oh, and bacon. When we are doing a bunch, I use 15 lb of meat to 5 lb of bacon but you can use a smaller amount as long as you keep it 3-1 ratio. Grind the meat and bacon together once and spread it out in a layer about an inch and a half or so and poke it full of holes with your fingers. Spread garlic all over it and then put the Worcester sauce on it till it’s coated. Mix it up and run it back through the grinder again. Make 1/4 lb patties. I guess you wouldn’t have to spread it out on a big table just for a little bit but we are always doing 20 lb or bigger batches. You end up with a burger that is literally 1/4 bacon by content with the garlic already in it. It is delightful out on the grill. Not terribly complicated but a very nice payoff
