This Paul Craig Roberts is always writing positive things about Russia. He's a fool if he thinks US military might is second rate. Without nukes Russia is a paper tiger. It can push Ukraine around but no one bigger. Russia's GDP is 1/20th that of the U.S. It's physically big, but so what. China might want to annex parts of it some day. Finally, I think too many people too easily call other people t*****rs.

We are not paying attention to the other key component to cyber warfare, the ability to cripple and destroy infrastructure that depends on computer regulation and control instructions. Before Trump took office we were seeing dialogues about that threat and what it means, it can shut down media and communication, water supply infrastructure, electricity grids, t***sportation...especially in congested cities, and Wallstreet and stock trading as well as banking databases.
Trump is about to have his wings clipped by the house and senate as they start restricting the things he can unilaterally do on his own, such as lifting sanctions. They already stopped him from doing that once.

What is Putin giving the US that we want, and what is Putin getting? Russia has been under financially crippling NATO control and sanctions, and Trump has Putin where he wants him when what Putin wants is to have them lifted and have the US denounce NATO in favor of Russia? You are deeply and disturbingly delusional and clueless as to Russia's role in opposing democracies.
And what is going to happen in conflict areas where NATO and the US are on opposing sides with Russia? Trump will have us switching allegiances for his new friend and ally Putin. And what has this administration done to effectively keep Russia from interfering in our next e******n when Trump has refused to even acknowledge it happened at all?

He has failed to keep his number one constitutional responsibility, to protect the American people and the constitution from foreign enemies. He is also destroying the Western alliance system that has protected the free world since World War two. He has shown admiration for terrible dictators like Putin and Kim of North Korea as well as others. Personally, I believe that he has colluded with the Russians to defeat Hillary Clinton and get elected. I know that this hasn't been proven yet, but the circumstantial evidence is compelling.

What Mueller's Russian indictments did show was that there were republicans working with Russians to assess, disseminate, and most effectively use the information they were getting. There will be republicans named and charged soon, which may be a big part of why the GOP is defending against investigations.
