I heard that France just won the 2018 World Soccer Cup at Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow.

Congratulations, France.

Just remember what they always say (well, Frank Herbert at least said it in "The Dosadi Experiment):

Personally, I don't take much stock in that.

But perhaps they are a sadder, but wiser, people. And that is why the Frog God smiled.
