Good morning lindajoy I usually get up around 04:00 but my 🐺🐱 usually wake me up wanting me to get up and feed them.
Once up I can't go back to sleep. So I make coffee and sneak a cigarette or two before mother Nurse gets up and comes down stairs to boss me around.
Then I go out on the eastern porch and enjoy the cool early morning breeze as it gently blows through the sweet smell of the tall pine trees as I wait for another one of God's beautiful sunrise to start.
How much more can a man be blessed than this?

His MO is to pay himself big salary and bonuses and wen the company can no longer pay is bills file bankruptcy and make every body take a hair cut and that is historical fact. It started when he floated 900 million of junk bonds to buy the Taj Mahal at 13.7 % interest. The Taj Mahal then needed to make a million dolars per day just to service that debt and no casino has ever made a million dollars profit ever in history. His company was headed for bankruptcy the day the T M opened for business. He learned his lesson and when he emerged from bankruptch he took his company public on Wall Street and raises $1.3 billion then took big pay checlk and bonuses and when the company couldnt pay its bills took it in to bankruptch again wiping out the investors and making every body take a big hair cut. The most recent Bankruptcy was in 2008

Most businesses that I have worked for have that basic rule in place whether you like it or not. I remember reading about a business in Seattle that was going to go with the socialist idea and pay every one it's employes $70,000 a year. The owner was Dan Price and you can google it and find out the results if interested. The janitor to the engineers to the board of directors all received the same wage. Do you by chance remember that story and how it all turned out? I am sure the you could google it and find out the outcome of that experiment if you were interested.

That is not the Romney model. He would buy a business, borrow against it, sell the assets, then file bankruptcy.

Romney would usually but a business that was losing money and then borrow against that and make the company profitable and then sell it.
