Who is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America
A "Natural born citizen" - the most crucial concept of the moment in America - is confusing (and deliberately confused). This concept is used in the Constitution of the US (Article II, Section 1, #4) as a precondition for presidency - and only for presidency, being clearly distinguished from ordinary citizenship. It has not been defined in the Constitution nor in any later statutes, because it had been self evident in the time when the Constitution was written, codified in the then contemporary encyclopedia "The Law of Nations" (1758) by Emerich de Vattel. (As a legal source "Law of Nations" is mentioned in Article I, Section 8, #10 of the Constitution in respect to the authority of the US Congress to enforce the law of nations, in particular - against piracies and felonies on high seas).
According to Chapter 19, §212 of "Law of Nations", the concept "Natural born citizen" is a twofold criterion meaning that:
Both parents must be the citizens of, and the birth must take place in the concerned country, assuming that the citizenship inherited by this child and the loyalty are never changed ever after.
In other words, a natural born citizen means at least a second generation citizen of the country. Vattel's own note on the margin of his book refers to the Roman law: NEMO PLUS JURIS T***SFERRE POTEST, QUAM IPSE HABET, meaning "No one can give more rights than he himself has" (by Dr. A. Altec). Except for Obama/Soetoro, the Vattel definition had been always applied, the last precedent being the US Senate resolution 511 in 2008 (also here and here) acknowledging Sen. McCain as a natural born citizen.
Another indication to the meaning of the term may be found in the Supreme Court's definition of "natural born citizen" as "all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens" (Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 1875).
Often "Natural born citizenship" is confused with §1401 of the US Code "Nationals and citizens of United States at birth". Although the words sound similar, §1401 defines only ordinary citizenship including such shallow one as that of anchor babies (i.e. born to legal guests of the country, §1401(a), never mind illegal residents).
The Constitution clearly and explicitly excludes ordinary citizenship for presidency: ordinary citizenship was reserved only for the p**********l candidates - contemporaries of the Framers (referred as the grandfather clause). Definitely the "Natural born citizenship" is not the same as ordinary citizenship, but something stronger. By not explicitly quoting the Vattel's definition, the Constitution therefore leaves some room for confusions. (Many such confusions resulted of deliberate efforts of "progressives" to erode the basic constitutional concepts inconvenient for them).
Fortunately there exists (at least) one original US document directly defining the "Natural born citizenship" according to Emerich de Vattel. This document (which does have legal binding) is the actual text of the FIRST CONGRESS in 1790 (see below).
Other arguments in favor of the definition of Vattel are the following. The Framers (in their correspondence) explicitly wished to exclude dual loyalty, and explicitly required that the US citizenship of the president be deeper than ordinary citizenship (such as that of their contemporaries). After all, any one can acquire an ordinary US citizenship in some point of one's life, so the Framers clearly excluded this kind of citizenship. On the contrary, the Natural Born Citizenship cannot be acquired: it may be only inherited.
After the Framers, all the p**********l contenders (up to Sen. McCain in 2008 but not Obama) did officially satisfy this definition, demonstrating continuity of the meaning "Natural born citizenship" consistent with that of Vattel . (In the past only one President Chester Arthur 1881-1885 violated it, hiding and destroying the traces of the British citizenship of his father, discovered only after his death. The carefully hidden violation of Chester Arthur in fact is an additional argument that the Vattel's definition was valid and he was aware of it).
Not only did the continuity and understanding of the Vattel meaning of the "Natural born citizenship" take place well up to 2008: It was clearly disliked and stood on the way of somebody's "progressive aspirations". Since 2002 some members of the US Congress had made various attempts to rid of the concept Natural Born Citizen many years prior to Obama, which all have failed (here, here, and here). So finally in 2008 they simply violated the Constitutional requirement, created the precedent and therefore de-facto have changed the Constitution without any due constitutional process. It was "The Audacity of Dope", rephrasing the notorious title.
In 2008 nobody even attempted to hide the foreign citizenship of Obama's biological father - an open into the face overt violation of the Constitution. Worse, no personal documents of Obama at all have been ever verified. The perpetrators and enablers have been the media, both big and all the small parties, plus the three branches of government, who overlooked and orchestrated ascendance of the impostor into the White House - while the majority of American people didn't care, were hoodwinked, or brain dead.
This brain dead crowd still maintains the consensus of silencing and suppression of the t***h, cheering the procession and wonderful clothes of the proverbial Emperor without clothes, while the cheer leaders keep an eye on those attempting to speak out the t***h.
The former bright city on the hill turned into a despicable laughing stock for the entire world;
Into a chess board where the checkmate was made, but the winner retreats;
Into a poker game with a bluffer whose cards are never opened;
Into a procession of fools around an emperor without cloth, the procession which never ends.
Summary
1) With only one parent American citizen (the mother) and the father - a foreigner, Obama/Soetoro is definitely not a natural born citizen no matter where he was born and what is in his hidden full birth certificate.
2) His Indonesian upbringing and citizenship had abrogated his natural born American citizenship (if it were valid). Getting back to America he may become only a naturalized citizen: definitely not natural born.
3) Obama's authentic birth certificate at best can only prove him to be an ordinary U.S. citizen according to §1401(a): definitely not a natural born U.S. citizen. (Fixation on his hidden birth certificate is misguiding, just like the pejorative term "birther", invented by those who want to deflect attention from the obvious issues lying on the very surface and not requiring any birth certificate).
4) On the top of it, Obama is a plain fraudster . His recently shown copy of the full birth certificate appeared to be a coarse forgery. He had obtained an invalid Social Security number 042-68-4425, that he currently uses. It was issued in the state of CT to an individual born in 1890. Obama illegally assumed this number, as Dr. Taitz and her collaborators have discovered.

Democrat officials convicted of making up names for qualifying petition
Two Democrats in Indiana have been found guilty of submitting unauthorized names on the petition that placed then-Sen. Barack Obama on the 2008 p**********l e******n primary b****t, meaning he likely did not qualify.
Fox News reports the jury in South Bend found guilty on all counts former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic Party chairman Butch Morgan Jr. and former county Board of E******ns worker Dustin Blythe.
The two faced accusations of petition fraud and forgery, as well as falsely making a petition.
The verdicts raise anew questions about e******n f***d by Democrats, a subject that was analyzed after the 2012 e******n.

The report found v**e f***d occurred in the 2012 p**********l e******n and cumulatively was likely enough to decide the outcome.
"In reality, although no single instance or aspect of v**e f***d was likely enough to tip the e******n for Obama, the aggregate of their [Democrats] corrupt activities including illegal campaign donations, taking advantage of states without v**er ID requirements, military b****ts delivered too late
may well have been," the analysis said.
Fox News reported that two former Indiana e******ns board officials who pleaded guilty said Morgan told Democrat officials and workers to f**e the names and signatures that Obama and Hillary Clinton needed to qualify for the p**********l race.
Prosecutor Stan Levco told Fox, "I think this helped uphold the integrity of the e*******l system. Their verdict of guilt is not a verdict against Democrats, but for honest and f**r e******ns."
Affidavits citing the testimony of former Board of Registration worker Lucas Burkett said the scheme was created in January 2008. Burkett reportedly was aboard the plan at first but later dropped out. Fox News reported he waited three years to reveal the scheme.
Fox News notes that if revelations about any forgeries were raised during the e******n, the petitions could have been challenged at that time.
A candidate who did not qualify with enough legitimate signatures at the time could have been removed from the b****t.
State law in Indiana requires candidates to have 500 signatures from each of the nine congressional districts to qualify. But in St. Joseph County, Obama qualified with only 534.
Prosecutors alleged that nine of the Obama petition pages apparently were forged, and each contained up to 10 names, bringing doubt on up to 90 names.

"If f**ed, [they] could have brought the Obama total below the legal limit required to qualify," Fox News reported.
Fox reported it was told by "numerous v**ers" they did not sign their names, nor did they authorize their names to be used.
"That's not my signature," said Charity Rorie, a mother of four. "It's scary, it's shocking. It definitely is illegal."
Added Robert H****r Jr., "I did not sign for Barack Obama."
WND's extensive report on fraud in the 2012 race looked at claims that Obama, in some districts, got 100 percent of the v**e, questions about absentee b****ts and efforts by Democrats to prevent poll watchers from observing the e******n.
Some of the issues that were uncovered:
Seventy-five GOP v**e inspectors were ordered to leave Philadelphia poll locations by Democrat poll judges. One judge was caught on audio. A court order sent them back but it's unknown what happened when they were gone. These poll locations were all within the 59 precincts where Romney received no v**es.
In Philadelphia, the Community V**ers Project, an ACORN clone that employs some former ACORN workers, shredded Republican v***r r**********ns. It's not the first time they have been in trouble.
The Florida AFL-CIO threatened True the V**e and Tampa Fair V**e with legal action for submitting v***r r**********n challenges.
Maryland Representative Elijah Cummings issued a highly publicized threat against True the V**e and E******n Integrity Maryland just for checking v**er rolls. EIM found 11,000 questionable registrations, including 1,566 dead v**ers. The Maryland Board of E******ns took no action.
Cummings also attacked the Ohio V**er Integrity Project with the same baseless claims.
Think Progress falsely claimed True the V**e was "under investigation" by Rep. Cummings, when in fact he has no legal authority to do so.
Despite overwhelming nonpartisan public support for v**er ID laws, Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department and liberal jurists have delayed, emasculated or defeated ID laws in Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Holder has vowed to fight v**er ID laws as restricting v**ers' rights.
The Obama administration "spiked investigations" of eight states that had major v**er roll problems.
The Holder Justice Department conspired with Project V**e on National V***r R**********n Act (aka Motor V**er) enforcement lawsuits, which force state and local agencies to become, essentially, low income v***r r**********n drives.
In 2009 DOJ announced to its attorneys that it would not enforce v**er roll maintenance laws because it wouldn't increase v**er turnout.
The report also found the e******n rolls nationwide in shambles. Pew Research Center published a report revealing e******n rolls in a shambles nationwide. It found:
24 million invalid or inaccurate v***r r**********ns
1.8 million deceased v**ers
2.75 million registered in multiple states.
The WND report also focused on the mechanics of the e******n: v****g machines.
There were a number of complaints about electronic v****g machines that tallied v**es for Democrats despite a Republican v**e and a few instances of the opposite case.
V**ers in Pueblo County, Colo., complained that their v**es were being changed to Obama, reported local NBC affiliate KOAA.
Maryland congressional candidate and veteran investigative journalist Ken Timmerman reported many v**ers claiming this happened to them, lodging complaints with v**e judges. Timmerman has requested to see v****g machine records.
Maryland Delegate Kathy Afzali and Carroll County Commissioner Richard Rothschild have requested the FBI impound two electronic v****g machines suspected of switching v**es based on complaints from other v**ers, including a state official.
Robert Ashcroft, a Republican poll watcher in Allentown, Pa., reported that about 5 to 10 percent of electronic v**es would "change the se******n back to default to Obama."
EVM problems were also reported to have occurred in Ohio, Nevada, North Carolina and Texas.
A 2008 Fox News report showed how electronic v****g machines can be infected with a computer v***s to change v**es. A Princeton University study in 2006 found the same thing.
And the fraud didn't go unnoticed. A few of the higher-profile cases:
Patrick Moran, son of longtime U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, was caught on video by James O'Keefe's Veritas Project, telling an undercover journalist how to commit v**e f***d.
Other Veritas videos showed Obama campaign officials in Texas, New Jersey and New York providing multiple forms to journalists posing as v**ers so that they could v**e in two or more states.
On E******n Day, Veritas reporters recorded poll officials on camera telling v**ers not to v**e for Romney.
The Obama campaign continues to accept illegal donations from other countries. WND's Aaron Klein proved it by donating to the Obama campaign twice under the name "Osama bin Laden" using a Pakistani web address.
WND has filed a complaint with the FEC demanding an investigation of overseas donations to the Obama campaign.
In 2008, the Obama campaign accepted almost $30,000 from Palestinian donors.
A Korean interpreter in Flushing, N.Y., directed Korean v**ers to v**e Democrat. He was expelled from the poll.
Two cases of forged v**es were reported in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., by Republicans who discovered their v**es had already been made.
Non-citizens were charged with v****g illegally in Austin, Minn.
Cases of double v****g in Ohio are being investigated.
Non-citizen allegedly v**ed in Iowa
Double v****g is being investigated in North Carolina
NBC reported dead v**ers v****g in California
Mentally disabled were coaxed to v**e for Obama in North Carolina
Widespread absentee v**e f***d is being investigated in South Texas
A non-English-speaking, under-18 youth reported he was "told he can v**e."

Obama's violations are so blatant and manifold that nine states have joined together to sue the federal government for its rampant lawlessness.
So, now comes e******n time and guess what the Obama administration's approach is to America's most sacred and fundamental civic institution.
Right: Utter lawlessness. The actions and intentions of Team Obama, if distilled into words, would be this: To hell with "the law." We're using every means possible to retain power and establish a permanent progressive v****g majority in this country.

Believe it or not, for the November 2010 midterm e******n, less than 5 percent of military v**ers "were able to cast an absentee b****t that counted," according to data released by the federal E******n Assistance Commission.
