Well you would think so but you would be wrong. The only urge stronger than fornication is self preservation and no matter how poor people are they still have children. It would be nice if all humans had the same level of education economic opportunity and status but Poverty and ignorance seem to go hand in hand

Willy Pete is wonderful stuff. It comes in hand grenades, mortar rounds, and artillery shells. It was used to mark locations for bombing runs or artillery and was great in spider holes and tunnels in Nam. It looks really cool when it goes off. The Allies, especially the Brits, used it on the Germans in WW II. I’ll bet if you research it, you will find some Kasarian invented it.
