Why did OPR release results before the IG?

Relationship with the Inspector General
Some allegations of misconduct by Department attorneys do not fall within the jurisdiction of OPR and are investigated by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). OPR's jurisdiction is limited to reviewing allegations of misconduct made against Department of Justice attorneys and law enforcement personnel that relate to the attorneys' exercise of authority to investigate, litigate, or provide legal advice. The OIG is required to notify OPR of the existence and results of any OIG investigation that reflects upon the professional ethics, competence or integrity of a Department attorney. In such cases, OPR will take appropriate action.

If you're trying to say that McCabe got the axe, for his own actions, of lack of candor, and being a relay of info, to the news media.. "Unauthorized releases"
The FBI 'it's self' said that when McCabe was questioned...he wasn't forthwith in his answers , ... basically he got fired for being a dishonest agent..

Another significant McCabe action is...saying that Comey, knew full well that he (McCabe) was leaking information to the media...and what the simple beauty of this is...Comey swore under oath that he 'never' had any knowledge of info being leaked and never authorized such... Between Comey and McCabe,...who knows..which is the biggest liar...

So yeah, you folks of the radical progressive left...are in a "whole heap of trouble"..

Your Prog-t*****r leaders are corrupt as the day is long..

I was just wondering if anyone believes that McCabe should be felony indicted?.

It seems that McCabe has lied under oath .. about his and others shady activity and actual criminality..

Flynn's mishandling the t***h about a non criminal act...seems a lesser offence..and he pled to a felony..

What about McCabe?

Comey for sure should be. I'd have no problem if McCabe was also.

He was authorized to speak or designate people to speak to the press. He sent an agent to correct a story that was printed. They made up a case to fire him, to keep trying to destroy the FBIs reputation. Typical trump tactic.

The verdict: GUILTY of All charges. Penalty: undecided. But no collections to make up for his lost retirement. A lot of Americans have lost their retirement money that they paid into and no one has collected for them and now we may have our Social Security which we paid into for 40 or50 years cut so we can hand it out to i******s.

A great "typical Trump tactic" would be to run a free crack rock add in every major news paper. Then when the Progressive show up to claim their rock ship them all back to the Antarctic where they can do no harm and freeze them so in the future their brains can be studied to find a cure. They will have to be a lot of them too have enough brain to study.

Didn't they teach you in trolling 101 that you can't have it both ways? Someone (besides you) is lying. probably Maccabe and Comey. You can't have it both ways.

Authorized to publicly speak to the press is not leaking.

Except that Comey denies it. Why do you carry the water for these bureaucrats who wouldn't say hey to you? Oh, silly me, forgot for a second you're nothing but a troll.

You should be able to discern the difference between leaking and talking to the press.

Once again you publish lies. The case to fire him was made by the IG and DOJ and was not simply based on press conferences. It wasn't Trump who ordered his firing but the FBI itself. The IG found that there were breaches on McCabe's part which demanded immediate firing and these would not have been so trivial in nature as accidental leaking in a press conference, misleading or obfuscating. It was entirely a DOJ/FBI decision that McCabe deserved firing. Trump may have been pleased that his complaints about McCabe were vindicated, but he did not initiate or order the firing.

And if you weren't a troll you would care that Comey or McCabe, probably both lied, and lied under oath. OPR didn't recommend McCabe's termination because of Trump. There's obviously something very explosive in the I.G. report.
