Interesting. First, no healthy dog can be "d**gged" behind something as slow as a wheelchair. Second, this fellow is so morbidly obese that he is incapable of turning his head to see the dog. (This begs the question of the state of mind of people who eat so much.)
So, what is wrong with the dog, and why did no one tell the fellow his dog was down?
Then, is there not something wrong with people who go postal over a dog? I too abhor cruelty, but I am less disturbed by even the death of a dog or a chicken than the death of, oh let us say, an unborn child.

Yeah, your right, probably a serious mental health issue as well as physical, dog unhealthy to begin with. Probably liberal animal rights activists, who would think nothing about having an a******n, who are raising a stink. And abuse of animals is horrible, but with so many unwanted, is inevitable. The photo doesn't show enough to tell if this was intentional. I'm sure, anyone here witnessing such a thing, would rush in to help the dog, and really that's all any of us can do. When witness to abuse, whether human or animal, stand up.
