What part of don't reach for it and don't move don't the black people understand. He would have been smart to keep his hands on the steering wheel at all times. If the cop asked him to do something do it or if the cop says don't do it then don't do it. There have been to many cops shot and they are on a hair trigger when ever they stop someone as they don't know the other guys intent and they want to go home to their families as well.

The cop asks for ID, he starts to get it and gets shot, after he is dead the cop is still shouting don't move. The only reason the girlfriend is alive is because she was smart enough to go live on facebook so the world could witness what was going on.

You had better rewatch your video because he gives the cop his id and the cop has the id in his hand when the perp tells the cop that he has a gun on him. The cop tells him not to reach for it and evidently he continues to reach for it and that is when the cop draws his firearm and shoots. Numerous cops have been shot recently and their nerves are tighter than a banjo string at every traffic stop. I don't blame that cop one bit as you reason once the perp has his gun and is firing. If you wait to long yo fire they take you to the morgue.
