First they pass an unconstitutional law and then expect everyone to abide by it. Next it will be confiscation just like N.Y. did. They had no more right taking those guns away form people then the man in the moon, but they sick the cops on them and our police forces are getting stupid these days. Just because someone passes a law does not make it Constitutional and it is really not a law. If they get away with this, then they will try other places and laws pretty soon. Pretty soon it will be nation wide and everyone will loose their rights and you can forget all about the Constitution and everything we have had all these years. I really do believe Obama is trying to start a Civil War, because he thinks he can win it. NO ONE will win any kind of Civil War here. The last one tore this country apart and is still suffering from it. I really believe Obama would use nukes on us if he ever did get one going and it was not going his way..............

This is a state law, numbnuts. It has nothing to do with federal law.

There's a branch of the system called the judiciary. typically, unconstitutional laws are overturned there. A similar law in New Jersey was thrown out because of a court challenge.

the southern states will never cave, so no, it wont happen nationwide, however the north and the coasts will have gun control, it will be interesting to see what happens when the feds go for the south. people down there are too p***eful and stubborn to be pushed around.

Unfortunately, attempting to enforce this law will probably get a lot of otherwise law abiding citizens as well as a lot of otherwise respectable police officers k**led. I truly believe there will be a huge contingent who will not respond kindly when someone comes knocking on their door.
