Hi All. This is EXACTLY why I had decided to leave initially. Most here are extremely intelligent and have excellant insight as to whats going on in our country as well as foriegn policy issues. Many here asre much older than I and with that comes superb wisdom which I normally will bow to so to speak. With age comes wisdom as its been said. I have been connecting with quite a few interesting contacts that many here would be amazed with. Most of those are older than I and have been around the block to many times to count and once again I show deference to their experiences. So in any event, I have decided to come back more or less full time, not that it really matters, but since Admin has decided to clean up this excellant site perhaps those of us WHO DO GIVE A DAMN may just end up ultimately coming up with solutions and I would like to remain as part of the solution rather than creating more problems. So if you will all have me back it would be MY HONOR!

Thank you for the very kind words. As you know many of us here on OPP including yourselves are extremely passionate about this beautifull country of ours!!!!! I will always be my own very worst critic and know when I have gone overboard with my comments. One in particular was in reponse to Raylon Wolf. I will tell eveyone here that I can certainly take it ans well as git it out. However, when someone makes a comment to me and has my Departed MoM included I will never ever forgive or forget the insinuations that he had made. People really do need to be very carefull as to whom they are speaking, as many of us here have many many various sk**ls and the wherwhithall (spelling) to follow through. However, I after having cooled down realized my error in judgement with my response to him. Quite frankly all it did was at least in my own mind make me look like the asshole I felt like after having responded in the fashion I did. So, I guess If Raylon happens to read this I am apologizing to you. Please just dont make the same mistake again. End of story. You all know as well as I do that it is very tempting to get into someones face here and on any blog for that matter. I do think though, and Im using my own lack of dicipline on occasion to alllow the cretins on this site to get to me. We are all beter then that and should just continually k**l these punks with facts versus emotions which they obviously thrive on. Thats the progressive way to deal with things within their pathetic daily lives. In any event my online friends, lets continue to look for solutions with fact and some humour slapped in there and the punks on this site wont know whats hitting them as well as informing them with the hopes of turning them into rational thinking individuals. Hell, some here just like to be the class asshats and regardless of anything they will be what they will be. IRRELAVENT!!!!! Take care.

The whole point of this and some other sites is to come together and exchange ideas and make people think and see new ways of seeing some thing. Every one on this site comes from different parts of the country and different back grounds have different experiences in life.I have learned more from all of you then if I read a book. Each of you give a subject a different perspective or what I like to call flavor.So thanks and please I hope all of you stick around our differences is what makes this country great

While I applaud Admin's intent to clean up the foul language, I must take exception to something Admin indicated, if I read them correctly, and that is the intent to remove those who insult without the foul language.

Personally I have had my fill of insults from people who obviously cannot deal with opposing opinions, and I reached that point long ago.

I am perfectly happy discussing things with opposing views as long as the attitudes remain civil. I will tend to remain civil even when the other party occasionally crosses the line.

However, we are blessed with certain individuals here who routinely spew filth and h**e so consistantly that they have lost all consideration and to that add those who post only to aggravate and confuse.

My rule is that I won't post anything to anyone that I wouldn't say to their face and I never use filth to express myself. However, once I have been saturated with gutter language from a given poster, they have forever lost my respect and I will not treat them with the respect they refuse to show me and others, and I will not forget their egregious behavior......ever.

If Admin is saying they expect me to remain civil in my responses to some of these people, my feeling is that those people lost all consideration long ago.

If Admin is saying that I must suffer the overbearing arrogant attitude of others for the crime of disagreeing with them without handing it back, and I am not allowed to return as a man but am expected to allow insults to pass here, where in real life the insulter would lose teeth,....then I say Admin wants OPP to be a sham and not worth the participation.

In other words, I will never use gutter language, but if I am expected to absorb abuse without standing like a man, then this is a false Utopia and not worth the effort.

I agree with you, I do not use gutter language but I will not permit some "progressive" lifting his leg on me without responding to the inappropriate behavior.

I suppose this means that now I will just have to report issue. If Admin truly means it, it just might work. If this "cleanup" is as haphazardly enforced as report issue has been, it may not work. I am perfectly willing to let Admin handle it, if Admin actually does so.

I agree with most, if not all, of the above posts. I also wish the admin success with their stated goals. There are no wins with posts expressing h**e and disrespect. We were all created out of love. Let us live our life within the scope of love to all.
