Your article is misleading in at least 2 ways. He is not behaving like a president in that he has passed more p**********l decrees than any other president. By passing congress, sometimes illegally, numerous times. As for the ACA sure he can delay, however he has changed the law every time it runs into a problem. That a president can not do without congressional approval. This too is illegal. To continuously say he is going to bypass our constitutional system of implementing law with p**********l decrees could be deemed treasonous.
