I applaud any of these soldiers who would take a discharge so their children won't be fatherless (or motherless). During the height of the Vietnam war, there used to be a bumper sticker that said, "SUPPOSE THEY GAVE A WAR AND NO ONE CAME!" Good for these vets who don't want to waste their lives. More power to them!

As far as I can tell, one person does not have the right, authority or knowledge, to speak for the entire armed forces. Extrapolating such a thing would be equivalent to claiming all criminal defendants were innocent because one defendant claimed such.

4) preventing all efforts of the USA to become energy independent and stop the one way movement of United States money to fickle countries with oil when he: visited Brazil in April 2011 and encouraged them to drill offshore, assuring them that the USA "will be their best customer" while ordering federal agencies to effectively stop offshore drilling with red tape; delayed decision on construction of the Keystone XL Canada-to-Texas oil pipeline project until after the November 2012 e******n, in spite of the warning that Canada would turn to Asia to sell oil rather than wait on the pipeline (November 2011);


5) in summer 2011 and against the will of congress (that is the Republican majority in the U.S. House of Representatives) enacted "cap and trade" through federal orders which will result in higher utility rates and threatens continued coal mining in the USA.
