Maybe we need to all pray that the people of her district awaken to what she is and does. I think they want someone like her so they aren't likely to open their eyes.

Trey Gowdy is a congressional representative from South Carolina. He has a rating of 0% from the NEA, 0% from the ACLU, and 5% from the NAACP. Although educated as an attorney, he knows very little about the constitution. He proposed a SAFE bill in congress that would have allowed local police agencies to serve as ICE agents. It figures that he comes from South Carolina, where 150 years after they tried to secede, they still believe that states rights trumps the federal government. Immigration and customs are the domain of the federal govt., not some Andy of Mayberry goobers, who fancy themselves as members of the border patrol.

I can tell from this post that you have never seen or heard Gowdy at work with your kind. I believe that he was a very successful prosecutor in South Carolina for 17 years. I would like to get him in a position to question you sometime. Gowdy is not anything like you think but then you have never heard him at work on the Issa committee. What do you get from Media Matters about him?
