Rand Paul and FreedomWorks have sued the President

There is a class action law suit in the federal courts right now from Rand Paul and Freedomworks aimed at getting the spying on all of us by NSA stopped. I think one only needs to hear Paul talking about what is going on to understand why they have entered this suit. A heavy violation of the 4th Amendment is what he is complaining about. The sidestepping of Obama is what bothers too many of us.

oldroy-they are just wasting time and money. If they want to sue Obama they should do it for his reckless disregard for the rule of law in changing existing laws without congressional approval. This NSA spying fiasco has been blown out of proportion and takes a back seat to Obama's ignoring laws he does not like and changing others to suit his agenda. Good Luck America !!!

Good post Roy, I just hope Rand Paul can get somewhere with this lawsuit. He had a petition a few days ago that I got in an email. I signed it. If they're gonna spy on anyone, they ought to spy on all the muslims and i*****l a***ns.

Rand Paul will do anything to grab the attention of the ignorant teapublicans. He stands about as much chance of winning such a lawsuit as a person walking through hell wearing gasoline soaked clothing. He probably has a fund raising flyer on his website, asking for money to support this lawsuit. Get out your checkbook.

Oh, my God, I didn't know hat the Kochs were the bosses of FreedomWorks. I guess you have been paying a lot of attention to Democrat requests for money and what they say about the Koch brothers.

Hey, is there a chance that the one undefeated NCAA basketball team that plays its home games in Koch Arena or the roundhouse as the home people call it are going to have to find another place to play once the Demoncraps get complete control of the US government. Yeah the people of the home of the Kochs, Wichita, are very proud of that building. I will have to say that you know nothing at all about the Kochs other than what the Demoncrap party puts out daily.

They built this sight smack dab next to the Draper state prison in Utah. I've seen it.this NSA information center as its spinned. It's going to give thousands of utahns a rat job. I don't mind in fact I'm mad my health is bad or I would work there.so if you know someone needing employment for the government come here. I just am intrigued of the whole operation and how its going to be in civilians hands.or at least the gathering of intelligence through this medium and our telecommunications. Hope someone I know gets a job there ..we do need to reign in a lot of this crap but he's providing jobs in the redst state in the U.S. or 2nd next to Nevada take your pick.
and the highest number of mormons are in both these states. True fact. I don't think Rand will get much accomplished. I geuss he (Obama) can ride Bush's coat tails and say he employes thousands in Utah..I don't think thats what I would ever brag about. Give him time give him time
God bless America

He is using this scandal because the 4th Amendment has been broken all to hell with what the NSA is doing to our citizens.

BTW, him asking for money will be small potatoes compared to the requests for $3 I get from Democrat groups every day. Three to four of them each day and that would amount to about $10 average per day which would total $3,000 per month. I think that Paul's cause is much more reasonable than theirs.

Your fourth Amendment went all to hell When GW Bush and Ashcroft introduced the country to the Patriots Act. Blame Bush, not Obama.

You can eliminate those irritating requests for donations by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button. Hit that button and stop griping.

I share those requests to base i***ts with about 35 other people who get about as big a kick out of them as I do. Of course, I always add a little to their messages, but it is fun to see what you people get and how stupid they must believe you really are.

I almost forgot to say that this old crap of they did it so we can do it that I keep seeing from people like you is more pretty stupid reasoning. "You did it so it is ok for me to do it". Pretty childish reasoning, I think.

Were there any Democrats in Congress who v**ed for the Patriot Act? Well, yes, but they don't want to be blamed now. Kind of like Carry talking about v****g for something before he v**ed against it or however he said that great line. There were no Dems who went along with the attack on Iraq, were there? :-P :-P
