You are both right. Of course Ted Cruz cannot take the p**********l oath of office. The t***h is that most of the far right hasn't actually ever studied the constitution.

The Democrats have a wonderful leader. Her name is Jennifer Granholm. She was governor of Michigan for 8 years. She is smart, pretty, and articulate. You will never hear the Democrats mentioning her name as a p**********l candidate. That's because she was born in Canada. The Democrats actually can read and are not like the far right, who actually move their lips when they read comic books. The wingnuts favorite song line is Pink Floyd's, "We don't need no education".

Eh! Theres Trey Gowdy. Ted can be speaker of the house, or senate majority leader, and it'll be ok.

You show your great lack of knowledge when referring to "We don't need no education"but our schools are sliding back to what the song is about.

Waters told Mojo, December 2009, that the song is meant to be satirical. He explained: "You couldn't find anybody in the world more pro-education than me. But the education I went through in boys' grammar school in the '50s was very controlling and demanded r*******n. The teachers were weak and therefore easy targets. The song is meant to be a r*******n against errant government, against people who have power over you, who are wrong. Then it absolutely demanded that you rebel against that."

You are demonstrating your lack of reading comprehension. I didn't say that the entire song was a conservative favorite. I was just referring, and only referring to the ONE line...."We don't need no education".

You might want to take a remedial social studies course.
How in hell can a U.S. senator be made speaker of the house? I'm sure Senator Cruz would be curious about that. I suspect he would not appreciate being demoted to the lower chamber.

And you read only what you want to see. I saw mention of majority floor leader in there about Cruz but you pounced on the part that can't happen. You guys sure all alike.

You ran your yap a bit quick there, dumbass. Reasearch it for yourself. Speaker of the house is not required to be a member of either house.....dumbass.

As usual you say something I supposedly said that I did not. My reading is fine, 'when referring to "We don't need no education"but our schools are sliding back to what the song is about.' We dummy up our school system in much the same way England did.

The US Constitution provides that a US president must be a Natural Born Citizen" of the US. The Constitution, however, does not provide a definition of this requirement. Below are SCOTUS decisions regarding this matter. One of the requirements is that BOTH parents be citizens of the US. Obama's father was not a US citizen. Whether you agree or not, these are Supreme Court cases.
