Nuclearian Loc: I live in a Fascist, Liberal State

Less than a week before the Nation observed Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, The New Yorker published a story about President Barack Obama. Editor David Remnick asked the obvious question about Obama’s abysmal approval ratings. Sitting in the shadow of King’s dream of a color-blind society that is united in harmony, Obama played the race card: “There’s no doubt that there’s some folks who just really dislike me because they don’t like the idea of a black President.”

Of course Obama played the race card. Excepting those occasions when the target is someone like Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, world-renowned surgeon Ben Carson or some other black person who demonstrated the temerity to allow their accomplishments to speak for themselves, the Democrats default to spurious accusations of r****m faster than Texas State Senator Wendy “A******n Barbie” Davis can shriek “war on women!”

I almost feel bad for our poor President. Facing public approval that is folding faster than Vice President Joe Biden playing Jeopardy!, Obama assumes his detractors must be motivated by what he calls racial animus. It has never occurred to him that his detractors might be motivated by myriad scandals that have come to define his tenure. In Obama’s mind, the Obamacare debacle, the B******i murders, unfettered National Security Agency spying on private citizens, politically motivated Internal Revenue Service harassment of innocent taxpayers, Fast and Furious gunrunning to narcoterrorists, and/or the arming of al-Qaida-affiliated Syrians are insufficient to explain the increasing disaffection Obama endures from the e*****rate.

What a shame that is — not just because it’s dishonest and crass, but because Obama’s tendency to blame r****m for everything from political opposition to parking fines reveals a deeper (and actual) animus. This guy simply doesn’t like us.

And Obama is hardly alone. Late last week, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo fantasized about an Empire State free of people who believe in the sanctity of human life. “(C)onservatives who are right-to-life… have no place in the state of New York.” While New York, which has been hemorrhaging population to “red” States over the past few decades, has become increasingly inhospitable to non-liberals, it’s no California. In declaring pro-life citizens to be personae non gratae, Cuomo has essentially given the bum’s rush to the members of his e*****rate who recognize that there’s more to New York than Manhattan, the Hamptons and the Governor’s mansion. While Cuomo didn’t identify r****m as a factor, there’s no mistaking his clear distaste for the millions of people who think life begins before you’re eligible for union membership.

This liberal hatred for the overwhelming majority of their fellow countrymen and women begs a question. In the case of Obama: What kind of man ascends to the highest office in the land despite absolutely despising half the population? For that matter, what kind of man would want to spend the loftiest moments in his career — indeed, his life — in a job that requires he interact with 150 million people (more like 190 million of late) whom he h**es more than Martin Bashir (and pretty much every liberal) h**es Sarah Palin?

I expect I can add that question to the miles-long list of questions to which Obama will never provide a satisfactory answer. I expect I can add that question to the miles-long list of questions about which Obama doesn’t care.

You paint a picture that every individual, thinking American who is not predisposed to or already committed to socialist c*******m needs to face up to and evaluate carefully before the next two critical e******ns.

Obama is not the core problem. He is, as you have pointed out, symptomatic. In support of that I offer the following argument;

These are the U.S. Census Bureau statistics for the 2008 and 2012 P**********l e******ns. The demographic didn't change significantly either year:

Obama prevailed in 2008 with 67 million v**es and in 2012 with 66 million v**es. By race, b****s represented 13% of total, latino 10% and white 72%. There are 14 million registered black v**ers. That Obama would say, to the world, that he is suffering r****m and discrimination in the face of these settled statistics is telling and...chilling. And the point?

How blatantly ignorant, needy or hopelessly hopeful (if I may) are people who believe just this one deception? Just this one. And therein resides the core problem. Obama has loosed a parasitic hunger in America that infects all of our media and approximately half of our population. Having tasted intestinal blood, so to speak, these people will fight to retain the economic and social entitlements they now know can be sucked out of the Republic with the right people in the highest power positions.

The overriding questions resulting from this argument are a) can we outv**e them in the next two e******ns and set the country on a healing path and b) do we want to? Do we have the desire? Never mind Republican or Democrat. Just consider, if thinking, reasonable, responsible Americans act as they did in the 2012 e******n we will lose...the e******ns and the country. The point of no-return is on us.

Are you aware that Democrats come in more than one flavor? Some of us don't believe in a******n-on-demand. Some of us don't even h**e Sarah Palin. I didn't v**e for her but I suspect that she is a decent woman. I suspect she has never k**led anyone nor whipped her children. Dislike does not always = h**e. H**e should be reserved for people who initiate large wars of aggression and ruin countless lives. George W. Bush and Lyndon Johnson come to mind.

Then, politicians must h**e ALL of us, because the other half are h**ed by republicans. I guess we can't win, unless - we remove both republicans AND democrats from public service. You may have something there.

Brian-why would you h**e Bush/Johnson-did they not get congressional approval prior to going to War? Do you suggest hating the 535 members of congress as well. I would reserve the term h**e for enemies not fellow Americans. Of course , I realize that Obama has labeled republicans as "the enemy"in lieu of adversaries but he did not have his teleprompter so it is excusable. Also, republicans are not of one mold either. Some of us believe the top 1% should pay more taxes. Some believe the government is too big and too intrusive and most believe we are paying enough taxes as is and better management of resources is what is needed. The democrats in congress are clamoring for more revenue without any reduction in spending. So if we raised the tax bracket from 39% to 50% for the wealthy without lowering the tax bracket for the middle class by a similar percentage all we have done is give them more money to waste. If States can balance their budgets there is no reason the federal government cannot balance its budget except for a lack of the will to do so. Good Luck America !!!

I do not love or h**e anyone based on their citizenship. People don't choose where they are born. They can, however choose their behavior. Johnson and Bush both chose to initiate organized slaughter, otherwise known as war. I am entitled to h**e these blood stained men. I don't know anyone who cares for either of them. They are both a stain upon the presidency and deserve the contempt in which they are held.

Being non partisan, I find some good things in every party. I reject the idea of " all or nothing ". That's the exact BS that's wrecking our Republic. If you don't agree with me, that's fine, I can live with that.

I agree. I could accept a President Hillary Clinton, or President Jeb Bush. I could not accept a President Gingrich or a President Weiner...(and please no weiner jokes. We've had enough of them to last a lifetime).
