I would like to think so, but since when has the government been on time? I mean, the bureaucrats are still writing the rules of promulgation and they are up to something like 20,000 pages. Have you read any of it? This guy is apparently reading a draft of it and he says what he found is on page 1100 something.

All it takes to understand Obamacare is a basic understanding of economics. Any economic good - and healthcare certainly is an economic good - needs to be produced before it is consumed. If one wanted to increase the consumption, they'd need to increase the production. Obamacare creates thousands of IRS agents, and I doubt that any of them can perform even basic first aid.
Instead, by taxing medical devices, it actually suppresses the supply of them. Meanwhile, survery after survey indicates that many physicians are planning on retiring from practice as a result of some of its provisions. Others are declining Medicare patients. Others are setting up private boutique practices and thereby reducing thier patient load.
Economically ignorant people and useful i***ts will not understand what I have written.
I worked in the Soviet Union for 5 years where the government ran heath care. It was a perfect primitive example of why Obama's crew shouldn't run anything.
