Unless you happen to live in a county that has a secular mindset, plus being embarrassed churches are doing a better job than are their programs. As an example, Catholic Parish serving one full, hardy meal at lunch time and sending a bagged dinner of sandwich , fruit and cookie was serving around 125 per day. The county shut them down because they did not have restaurant grade cooking appliances. Of course, said county had zero free food kitchen in the geographic area the church served but that mattered not a whit.
