Bear with me as I want to get to what we do wrong. Let us take welfare we ask for more funds WHY?? What are they going to do with the funds, when will they do it and what are the expected results!! Who would be getting this information and what are they going to do with it? Isn’t this called management and accountability?? Sending additional funds to a department who isn’t managing their funds sound stupid to me. Anther example I get all the time. “I’ve been targeted by democrats, send what you can to help me fight them”. So they get 2 or 3 million dollars to do what? What is the plan what does it cost and how it’s expected to protect what position. It is easy to spend someone else’s dollars until you have to account for them. In business if a program is not working, you stop spending funds in that direction change the program and continue to mintier the results.

This leads me to the next important thing we need to do. Pass a law to participate in any government program you must be a citizen. We would immediately eliminate millions on social security and welfare. We can provide opportunities and not early retirement. It would probably stop the caravans when we cut off the freebies

We spend money with little or no control. I think we first and foremost take care of CITIZENS! Those coming to this country must become citizens before benefiting from government programs. When you become a citizen you agree to assimilate to our way of life. If you don’t we should revoke your citizenship and deport. A prime example of this is Muslims. They flat out state they will not assimilate but want to change to their lifestyle. This is why they were originally banned. We can not support all the poor of the world with welfare, free health and education. We send billions in our taxes to countries who can’t and don’t manage their own funds without any controls. Tell us when and how the funds will be used, how we can track and see it’s being done. At least we would make the effort to help correct their problem and not have the funds go into someone’s pocket. It is called management! Why isn’t it done with the programs we run? Accountability for the money we are spending? What a concept! Makes it hard to steal when you must account for expenditures!! We have crooks in both parties, and Trump was making that visible. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could move to say Mexico, apply for welfare and retire on more than I could make in America? Unfortunately Mexico doesn’t have welfare like that!

We just don’t realize how good we really have it. I remember when we could have different opinions and were still friends. Our political parties have divided us into warring fractions by making it all about money and power. We need to get back working together for common causes. First in that line is voting let us not get tangled up with was there cheating. Our concern is to insure it is honest and eliminate those potentials for cheating. We have at our disposal a simple way to register and maintain accurate rolls. We can have a national ID fairly easy. All states have driver licenses with photos. We could add a chip to those which could be read and written to when you vote they could stamp the chip as to location date and time. Try to vote at somewhere else and it would stop you. We could use different color cards natural citizen, nationalized citizen, green card worker, non citizen. You would need card for welfare, social security, food stamps and we could insure we take care of citizens!! Must renew every x years my ch better than now. Cost to renew 5 to 10 dollars is not too much. Cost of cigarettes is about 8 per pack. If cost is too high let them do without for the freebies it is cheap.

Both parties should like this as a change. You could use this with absentee ballots. Absentee ballots were because you would not be available for election not for convinence. Paper ballots are a pain to work with but more secure than machines as people can manipulate machines.
