Actually, up until Korea, it was CONGRESS who declared war and they were "initiated" by an enemy attack (Spanish American War is debatable).

Your statistics are WRONG! If 87% of vaccine recipients died, I would surely have known one or two, but NONE of the people I know who were vaccinated against COVID has died.

er: not quite. Medicare Part A kicks in at 65 IF YOU SIGN UP FOR IT THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE; Part B you pay for. Plan G is Medigap via AARP (and you pay for it). Medicaid is means-tested and doesn't cover everything (which is why you also need the Medigap if you can scrape the money together).
