Seger also co-wrote the Eagles' number-one hit "Heartache Tonight", and his iconic recording of "Old Time Rock and Roll" was named one of the Songs of the Century in 2001.

With a career spanning six decades, Seger continues to perform and record today. Seger was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2012. Seger was named Billboard's 2015 Legend of Live honoree at the 12th annual Billboard Touring Conference & Awards, held November 18–19 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York.

Now for a little context:

At this same time Clinton was facing a serious, and unexpected, challenge for the nomination

from the Sanders campaign. At this same time, Lynch's DOJ was negotiating immunity agreements

with several key members of Clinton's inner circle. (At this point, did not the director of the FBI have both

"just cause" and a "duty" to publicly demand the appointment of a special investigator?)

Instead of performing his duty to America, he chose to support this politically motivated dis-information.

I just said, all right, "this isn’t a hill worth dying on, and so I just said,

OK, the press is going to completely ignore it. And that’s what happened."

The director of the FBI publically confessed to willfully joining in a conspiracy, and did in fact,

use his position to benefit a specific political campaign. Comey intentionally and knowingly

promoted what he pesonally knew to be mis-information (a lie).

Comey then repeatedly refused to release what he did know to be the truth,

that President Trump was not the subject of a criminal investigation!

Apparently, bringing down President Trump was a "hill worth dying on".

Comey made a willfull decision to kill his own career.
