The #1 reason he was a bad president is because he was black.

Now I know that sounds racist.

But the fact remains that black folks just don't govern well and their leaders are mostly race pimps like Maxine Waters, Sheila Jackson Lee, Al Green and Rodney Ellis.

And Africa is also proof that blacks don't govern well.

Cities with black democrat mayors do poorly.

Again, I know that it sounds like a bigoted opinion.

It's really not, But I don't give a hoot if someone calls me racist.

I still say Obammy's biggest fault is that he was a miseducated negro who was unfit to govern.

I would partly agree. However, Allen West was my Congressman when I lived in Florida. I would support him for any office he ran for.

Any comments from President Trump's supporters appreciated, regarding this:

I would suggest that an emolument requires a profit be shown. At no point does this article state that President Trump has made a profit without the consent of Congress. If the Democrats or the RINO Never Trumpers had a legal leg to stand on they would have already filed suit and it would be all over the media. The Constitution does not say a president cannot accept emoluments. It says he must have Congressional consent to do so.

I don't agree with lifetime appointments either. Congress is elected for six year terms to keep half on hand to teach the newly elected ones ones what their duties are carried out.

Maybe judges should be vetted and appointed the same way.

Actually, incumbents are re-elected at a rate of 97% in the Senate, and nearly that high in the House. It is almost impossible to unseat an incumbent Senator. This is why I support repeal of the 17th Amendment; until 1913 there was no such thing as a Senator staying in office for 30 or 40 years, because no state legislature, (who chose the Senators prior to the ratification of the 17th) would stand for it.

Huh, Democrats and Republicans get exactly what they wanted, and you complain about it? The entire Judicial system is just as political as the other two branches, indeed, may be even more partisan than the other branches. Who can tell where partisan bullcrap, and ideology leaves off and the Constitution picks up? Every Judge appointed to any bench, all say that the law and ONLY the law influences their rulings - but we know that's a load of doodoo.

Why the fervor for the GOP to fill the Supreme Court? Why the heartburn by Democrats over it? Why the crowing by the Trump administration, over how many Federal Judges they've installed? You know the answer to all of those questions, because the answer is the same for all of them; Having your "people" on the bench, all but guarantees rulings favorable to your party and or ideological viewpoint.

We allowed the Law to become another partisan weapon. That's right, WE allowed that....because we only protest when the OTHER side fills a bench.

Liberals have more of a tendency to wing it. They make it up as they go, attempting to usurp the job of Congress by legislating from the bench. So you have a Senate that only approves judges in political lockstep with whichever party controls the Senate, for a lifetime appointment. This is why I support term limits of ten years tops for all the Federal Judiciary, including the SCOTUS.

It is just my opinion, but with the latest ruling out of Chicago one has to think about these judges... who side are they on? They certainly have little, if any concern for American citizen's safety, well being or welfare. It is time to examine each judge to ensure their competency to sit on the bench. Perhaps ascertaining their knowledge base of our Constitution.

Here is the ruling on Chicago as a sanctuary city. Police are barred from "granting ICE officials access to individuals in Chicago police custody, except when they’re wanted on a criminal warrant or have a serious criminal conviction. Police also cannot allow ICE agents to use their facilities for investigations, and on-duty officers are not allowed to respond to ICE inquiries or communicate with ICE officials about a person's custody status or release."

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-met-fed-judge-trump-sanctuary-city-20180727-story.html

Chicago has a reputation as one of America's most violent cities. 2016 was the worst year for homicides in nearly two decades in the Windy City with 762 murders, 3,550 shooting incidents and 4,331 shooting victims. On average, 12 people are shot in Chicago every single day and it experienced more murders than New York and Los Angeles combined last year. The number of homicides in Chicago since 2001 also eclipsed U.S. war dead in Iraq and Afghanistan in late 2016.

Perhaps it should be a sanctuary city, put a wall around it.
It is just my opinion, but with the latest ruling ... (show quote)

Perhaps it should be a looney bin. The wall is needed to keep them in. The mayor, just like his buddy Obama, are both part of the Chicago political machine.

I find it totally hysterical that not one of you have posted the first iota of factual rebuttal to my post. However, all of you have resorted to character assignation and insults. As usual, by posting only insults and character assignation against me, you all have lost the argument with your first posts.

Are you guys enjoying your “intellectual incest meeting?” Y’all are doing a great job of slapping one another on the back and congratulating one another on your insults to me.

You posted mostly an opinion written by someone else. Your post didn't have that many facts, why do you demand them for a rebuttal?
As for anyone defending Trump being possessed of a single digit IQ, I am defending Trump. You may be in for a surprise. You have no room to speak of "character assignation" (that would be assassination; an assignation is a private or secret meeting, usually romantic in nature) when you speak of those who disagree with you as having single digit IQ's.

I thought someone told you to be quiet while adults were talking. In case you don't know, (what am I thinking, of COURSE you don't know); any binding treaty has to be approved by the Senate. The House can approve or disapprove all damn day and it makes no difference, because the Constitution states that the SENATE has to approve. Even then, any treaty that the Senate approves is null and void if it violates any tenet of the Constitution. (Reid v Covert 1957)

For some reason you always hit the nail on the head. 😁

Again I royally agree with you. Have a wonderful day and don't do like I did Monday morning and run off the eastern porch with your cat little man while trying to keep old mother from taking my fine Cuban cigars the men snuck in to me.

While trying to get my cigars she pushed the forward handle on my wheelchair causing us to run off the eastern porch with mother nurse on top of me, little man jumped to safety, mother nurse got a bloody nose, I got a knot on my forehead and a broke arm righy above my elbow.

Now mother nurse is acting crazy, always fussing with my bed or pillows wanting to run get me things I don't want or need. I want a cigar but can't smoke around my oxygen MACHINE.

I was so miserable with all the banging going on and mother nurse acting like a mother hen with one chick always fussing over me i threatened to fire her if she didnt let me alone.

Thursday morning several of my men woke me up at 04:00 hundred hours with a hot cup of coffee and grim looks on their faces. I noticed mother nurse wasn't with them and when I asked about her they all came down on me.

They were peeved because I was so mean to her and threatened to fire her. The noise I was fussing about was them building a rail aroung the porch so I couldn't accidently run off the porch again. All on her orders for my safety.

They also built a cabinet and wired lights so we could make coffee and see even cabinets for my cigars. A refrigerator for soft drinks and bottled water. All on mother nurse's orders. I felt like a heel.

Any way the men helped me into my wheelchair and we headed for the eastern porch the lights were on and the coffee was ready I noticed several extra chairs and was pleased for the additional company.

Anyway after all the lovey dovey, apologies, rules, understandings, smeared lipstick on both cheeks and foreheads fine Cuban cigar and a hot cup of coffee, no cream and my faithful cat little man in my lap.

We all settled back to watch God's beautiful sunrise and breathe the sweet smell of the tall pines trees as the wind blows gently through them. Heaven here on earth.

Loki, are you insinuating that the LGBT community in San Francisco dictates the politics there and in half the rest of California? It's not like they have an agenda, or is it?

I said nothing about the "LGBT Community." However, it seems that their voting is driven solely by unquestioning support for what they perceive as their "rights" These "rights" have largely been recognized and they still vote for left wing candidates who seem intent on destroying the US. The LGBT community has a record of voting for candidates who support Muslims and "rights" for wetbacks. I can understand their support of candidates who favor Muslims and illegal aliens, after all, Muslim countries and Mexico have such stellar records when it comes to gay rights. It only makes sense to increase the number of Hispanic and Muslim voters. Especialy Muslims, they are SO dedicated to fair play for the gay population.
Whoever dictates the policies of California would have trouble procuring an aggregate IQ of roughly room temperature.
