WRONG!!!!! The electoral college has nothing to do with them voting.

Even as Florida residents they can not vote because they are not considered American citizens.

In 1917 Woodrow Wilson (a Democrat) by executive order declared them American citizens so they could be dafted into the U.S. Milittaary

In 1922 the U.S. Supreme court ruled they were not American citizens. Probably because they were no longer needed as cannon fodder. I think those that served honorable should be awarded America citizenship. They earned it.

Even if Puerto Rican's live in Florida they are not American citizens and can not vote.

Myself, well I get so fed up with the dummies that talk bad about our President. I started wearing a Trump 2020 hat about a month before Trump announced that he was running in 2020 and you would not believe how many people come up to me and talk about him.I travel a lot to Hawaii and even there they tell me thanks for wearing the hat. Trump will win in 2020 and we will have democrats actually killing themselves from what I see on here. They are almost to that point now. I can't wait. Take care.
