Paying 1200 for a cooler is insane to begin with... ice is cheep

I don't own a Yeti cooler nor would I pay for one. However, if I win one at the Friends of the NRA dinner this week I will not sell it unless I m really strapped for money. Friends who have them have said that they can keep food frozen in it for 6 days, which, with the frequent long term power failures around here would make it a good investment.

Good point... I invested in a 30kw diesel gen set to run my home & shop due to the frequent long term power failures around here in eastern NC... if all else fails I'll sleep on the boat... I can't sleep when its hot & thick out... it makes me cranky...

WOW, such hysteria over a Yeti, People have been looking for a "Yeti" for decades and have not found one that lives and works yet. Hell, for $20.00 I can make a cooler that really works.

To go against a company that stabs a group protecting our second amendment in the back is the honorable thing to do. Maybe if you tried it once... never mind. You just keep driving that moped around with that over sized steering wheel. When you and your boy friend roll over and you both have head damage who knows maybe when you are both in a coma someone might give you a clue as a gift. Then you will see there are people that will give a lot more than cash to make sure their families have more than a libtard cooler. Granted there are better options. I would destroy your cooler.

My $50 cooler keeps ice for about 36 hours if I don't constantly open it. At a buck a bag for ice. I would have to go camping for 766 and one half days to make up the $1150 difference. If someone would be so kind as to pay my bills, cut my grass and feed my chickens while I am gone, I would certainly be willing to give it a try.

On the other hand you and the other socialists celebrate when people burn down the stores and businesses in their neighbor hood blow up cars, and terrorize entire neighborhoods to protest the shooting of an 18 year old thug who was attacking a police officer who was trying to stop the violence being done by the thug. But then, your thugs are destroying other peoples things which should be celebrated and the Yeti owners were damaging their own things, horror of horrors.

Amen and Amen

Yeti, the maker of very pricy high end coolers offers discounts to members of various groups including the NRA. Numerous members who had paid as much as $1200 for Yeti coolers decided to destroy them. Some filled them with tannarite, the explosive hoarded by the Las Vegas assault rifle mass murdurer, and blew them up. Other Yeti owners shot up or crushed their expensive personal property. These poor schmucks are going to feel pretty foolish while quaffing warm beer at their next cross burning when they discover Yeti did nothing politically aimed at the NRA. The thing the rest of the country needs to ask itself is, should people mentally unbalanced to the point of deliberately destroying their own property with firearms and explosives really have access to firearms and explosives? https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2018/04/24/nra-supporters-are-blowing-up-yeti-coolers-yeti-says-its-all-a-big-mistake/?utm_term=.7a526a4cd218&wpisrc=nl_az_most&wpmk=1

Your expansion of the definition of mentally unbalanced to now include the destruction of a person's own private property so as to deny them access to their Second Amendment rights fits in with the totalitarian values of supporters of Barak the Obama and both Clintons.
