Why should anyone who is here illegally receive Due Process. Due process under the law is for citizens of the U.S. If you are here illegally, you are not a citizen. Amazing that so many do not understand this. Try committing a crime in other countries where you are not a citizen.

we already spend billions of dollars to pay for all the prisoners that are here why do you want to pay for more. If you read the laws of mexico for illegals in their country you would be horrified
I'm not happy about buying their prison lunch. I'm ok with convicting them, suspending their sentence, and then throwing them out.

They should get "due process". But they aren't "due" much of the process the left wants to give them. The left wants to punish Americans for enforcing their laws.

You did not answer the question. Where does it say that?

It is a matter of inclusion not exclusion.

If a foreigner is here illegally they are already committing a crime. If they have been deported before they are committing a felony by standing on US soil and breathing US air.
They are still entitled to due process.

We are discussing illegals not guests. Guests assumes you are here legally.

I agree but they were international criminal the second they stepped into our country without permission ... they should be deported within one week if they cannot produce documents to affirm they are American citizens and therefore have a right to protection under the constitution of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA not the constitution of Mexico (I'm not sure if they have one or not) !!!!!!
