Here is some shooting advise from various concealed carry instructors.
A --Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians.
B --It’s always better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
C -- Cops carry guns to protect themselves, not you.
D --Never let someone or something that threatens you get within 20 feet.
E -- Never say "I've got a gun." If you need to use deadly force, the first sound they hear should be the safety clicking off.
F -- The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes; the response time of a .357 magnum is 1,400 feet per second.
G -- The most important rule in a gunfight is: Always win. A gunfight is a deadly struggle. There is no such thing as a fair fight, so cheat if necessary.
H -- Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets. You may get killed with your own gun, but he'll have to beat you to death with it, ‘cause it will be empty.
I -- If you're in a gunfight: If you're not shooting, you should be loading. If you're not loading, you should be moving. If you're not moving, you're dead.
J -- In a life and death situation,do something. It may be wrong, but do something!
K -- If you carry a gun, people may call you paranoid. BS!! If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?
L -- You can say 'stop' or any other word, but a large bore muzzle pointed at someone’s head is pretty much a universal language.
M -- Never leave an enemy behind. If you have to shoot, shoot to kill. If you end up in court, yours will be the only testimony.
N -- You cannot save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself and your family. If you believe in the 2nd Amendment, forward this to others you know who also believe. And always remember this quote from America's premier Founding Father: "Peace is that brief glorious moment in history, when everybody stands around reloading."- Thomas Jefferson

Spurious Jefferson Quotations
An article courtesy of the Thomas Jefferson Encyclopedia.
Quotation: "Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading."
Variations: none known
Sources consulted: Founders Online, Thomas Jefferson: Papers and Biographies collections in Hathi Trust Digital Library
First known attribution to Jefferson in print: 2013
Comments: This quotation has not been found in the writings of Thomas Jefferson. The language is somewhat uncharacteristic of Jefferson's style. "Stand around" in the sense used here is not an expression that can be found in Jefferson's letters. He almost always wrote "every body" instead of "everybody." And there are no instances of the word "reload" (or variations thereof) referring to firearms in Jefferson's writings. This quotation may have its source with Robert G. Ingersoll's statement, "What [Christian kings] call peace is the little time necessarily spent in reloading their guns," first published in 1882.

Just setting here in Arizona waiting to start playing cowboys and libtards.
AND,IF, youre going to be involved in a gunfight, dont stand there like a dork, dont take up a stance with your arm extended, while your looking for the gun sights, take cover ,if possible,!! crouch ,with BOTH hands on your gun, dont look at the sights, look at the perp, shoot, look at the perp,if your shot was low,and the perp is stilll standing, raise your gun a little, keep shooting, when the perp drops,DONT walk up on him/her,keep your distance, unless, you can see that his weapon is out of his reach.get on the horn, call 911,tell 911,send the police and the coroner, plus the garbage man,to remove this pile of crap out of my house, DO NOT shoot the perp in the back,IF,the controntation, takes place outside of your house,DO NOT pull the perp inside. These lessons were learned, BY ME.the hard way,Ive been there, and done that, IF,the perp is only threatining you, and no weapon is visible,BACK AWAY,while watching the perp closely, best to avoid a confrontation, unless you cant avoid it,if thats the case, bring hell fire on the perp. (perp is short for perpatrator) When the police gets there,KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. tell them you want a lawyer, before you will make a statement,JOIN USCCA,USCCA insurance will cover the lawyers cost.

Grief is a bummer, hang in there Don. I was really down after I lost my son for about six months my late wife said. I would sit in the middle of the living room and just rock back and forth. Can't even tell you all of the thoughts racing through my head then. He was only 19 at the time and way to young in my opinion. Take care and get better. I will put you on the prayer list.
Awesome truths in this post. Will be sharing.

yes we have an American traditional dinner. Our kin across the pond (Atlantic Ocean) get a kick out of our "traditional corned beef & cabbage dinner". In Erin the celebration is a big deal. However the dinner isn't corned beef & cabbage, the fare is a bit more fancy ! The Irish immigrants didn't have a lot of money, so they bought the toughest piece of meat available, considered a real treat ! Everyone who had some planting room used cabbage, a stable Irish vegetable.
Any way on St. Patricks day, anyone who wants to be Irish is free to be ! HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY !!! ENJOY !!!
