This is actually a good video pertaining to those Judges that instead of interprating the constitutionality of the law decide to try and make law in their decisions. To me this is perhaps one of the most concerning problems with judges whether they are right or left leaning. If a person becomes a judge they are bound by the Constitution to follow the Constitution and not inbed their own ideology into their respective decisions. PERIOD!

Exactly right...separation of powers. ..Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution, not legislate law..which is the power of Congress.

All three branches of government are empowered to make their own 'interpretation' of the constitution. Yes, really. As for judges 'legislating from the bench', there's a remedy for that. Impeachment and subsequent removal. That, too, is a function of the legislative branch.

You just refuted what Carlson said. He believes that the SCOTUS is not there to interpret the Constitution. Like most on FOX, he doesn't know what he's talking about. He's been given a point on which to complain but he doesn't have the brains to be able to carry out his job.
