Has everyone forgotten that Congress banned (Clinton signed) assault weapons 1994 for a period of 10 yr.? The ban carried with it a requirement that a 3rd. party creates a written analysis of the effect in order to decide if the ban would be lifted or carried forward. In part, the analysis reads; the ban has had zero effect on the number of crimes committed, to include homicide (mass murder). What's different today? The number of 'Gun Free Zones' ??

Why is it every time anyone puts out a call for gun control, a bunch of people jump to "they're gonna take our guns"?
Has anyone actually taken away anyone's guns without due process. Has any law abiding citizen had their guns taken away?
I think it's just a tag line to stimulate the sale of firearms so mass shootings just become advertising to buy more guns.

You're probably one of a few exceptions. Yea, I know that rich Democrats like celebrities have armed guards protecting them and their property. But they don't think the rest of us that are not rich and famous need that protection. You see consicating guns will not affect them.
