Just turned three of them into Banana nut bread this very day .

I can not refuse fresh toasted walnuts rolled in . But plain is fine .

Actually, my favorite is homemade zucchini bread. Have you ever tried it?

How did she make it. Best way, IMHO, is to pour the batter into a coffee can and cook it in a crock pot. Comes out all moist and tender.

We eat alot of bananas, but often not fast enough. When they start getting too soft, either make this great cake recipe (martha stewart, Jamaican) or I freeze them for smoothies.

I had Paleo pancakes yesterday.

One banana, mashed.
One egg
Two heaping tbsp almond butter.
Mix together to make batter, heat skillet, add ghee (clarified butter), drop batter in skillet to make pancakes. Made three pancakes and tasted very good.
