I, for one, will not need rescuing. I'll just disappear into the wilderness. I can survive on my own. The Canadien Rockies would be rather nice, though brutally cold in the winter. A good shelter and a fire can take care of that. Or I could migrate south in the winter. But that would be a hell of a walk. On the other hand, if I had portable shelter, I could just follow the weather north or south as I choose. I think I'd like that.
