Fun with Mohammed.

No......I get it.................they're just trying to help in their own way.
That's why I want PaulPisces to go visit them.
That way they can all get together and celibate their diversity in their own charming ways.
But, but, doesn't Paul believe Islam to be a "religion"? Does Paul believe a group, no matter how large, can not only advocate for murdering non-believers but also hold their holy book that orders it......are following a religion?
Is it possible that considering that no religion on earth teaches death to non-believers, that Paul could be wrong? Or is it that Paul believes in islam so powerfully that he is willing to sacrifice himself to prove it?

Oh no, according to Paul, there's no problem, they're just people.
So I want him to go vacation in Deerborn, Michigan for a couple of weeks and mingle with his new friends.

You guys sure do jump to a lot of conclusions!
All I ever said is that Islam is a religion.

It is not. It is nothing but the ramblings of a murderer and a pedophile.

Yeah, then pray tell me, just what makes it a religion?
Because they say so, is that it?

Silly Homestead!
It is a religion because it meets the criteria of what defines a religion.
You need not recognize it as such..it can be in your perception whatever you like it to be..for you.
For everyone else it is a religion.

A religion created by a murderer and a pedophile. In a civilized world, it would not exist.

So a religion is a religion because it's a religion..................well that makes sense.
So if I have a religion that demands that I kill all gays, that's OK because that's my religion.
It's just my perspective, which is my religion.

Paul, it only meets the criteria of those who believe a religion can order the murdering of non believers. So Paul, do you believe?

What would that criteria be, Paul?
Do they have to have a building to meet in?
Do they need a certain number of adherents?
Do they need a belief system that espouses the existence of some sort of Supreme Intelligence?
Do they need clerics?
Just curious. According to you, a political party could be a religion.
Atheism could be a religion.
So could the worship of Baal, complete with human sacrifices.
According to the First Amendment; "Congress shall make no law regarding the Establishment of Religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
That must be why they let bureaucrats at the IRS decide what constitutes a religion; Congress isn't allowed to. I guess delegating the authority to an overpaid and underbrained apparatchik is Constitutional in their eyes.

In a civilized world, it does exist. In the uncivilized parts, it doesn't allow the existence of any other option unless that option relegates itself to second-class status.

That position doesn't make it a good religion, homestead, but if it is part of an organized set of values centered around the worship of a deity then it would be a religion all the same.

Although some may not be, I am comfortable with the definition of a "religion" as described in Wikipedia. I suppose political parties could be defined as religions since they seem to worship money these days.
