Since when does money come back? We had $100,000 in our budget in Carter's years and spent 70,000 and 49,000 that money was not returned. Very difficult to give back to the government. Yes that all money should be returned but the paperwork makes it a real pain.

Caught about twenty trout. Of course only kept enough for my own personal use (limits). No fillet and release. Getting ready to grill some fillets now. Garlic butter and lite mayo. Should be good. Caught them between Ft. Desoto and Skyway fishing pier. Was in my kayak.
