True. Pretty much any piece of crap can do well, at the expense of others, for their own benefit.

Merritt Island, Florida, and you're right, GOD's country. 1967 - 1971, 3rd MAW at MCAS El Toro, Airborne Radio Operator/Loadmaster for USMC's KC-130Fs (refuelers), used to fly into Hawaii all the time on 'Transpacs', refueling 'Marine and Navy Jets inbetween islands that were being sent to Vietnam, landed at MCAF Kaneohe Bay when it first opened, and many times after that, but before it opened, we used NAS Barbers Point in Hawaii. Used to drop 'Recon Marines' parachuting from our planes over Camp Pendleton. When sent overseas to 1st Maw, stationed at DaNang AFB, and dropped flares all night over the battlefields in Vietnam, to light them up for Marines and Army.

You're a disloyal treasonous stalker, and every time you bother me, you just prove those facts to all those reading these blogs. I have proven that you're such an idiot, that you just can't stand to leave me alone and quit bothering me, and wasting my time, which is apparent that you can waste all of your time stalking people on these blog sites. Keep it up, for you just keep proving my point. This is really hilarious, and I'm starting to enjoy it, for everyone should get to know what you are.

Correction on "God's country." I think you got lost. It's actually located about 5 miles from where I grew up. This is off Google images, but is a popular overlook about 5-6 miles from my house back then.

There was a place called Merritt Island, just a mile or two from the Sebastian Bridge, in Sebastian, Fla where I used to live. Is that the Merritt Island he is talking about, or is there a town called Merritt Island, Fla??

I know right where you're talking about.. I lived in Cocoa Beach. Surfed right off the pier and my grandmother's home sat 3 finger canals off Merrie Island Lake.. I used to live at Ron Johns surf shop.. back then nothing like it is now.. although Cocoa Beach and even Cocoa remain pretty much like they were..

I lived in Sebastian and worked at Mother's Kitchen for a couple of yrs. Then opened my own Cleaning Business. I fished off the Sebastian Bridge MANY a day off. 7th pier. That was MY SPOT. My customers all knew that on Tuesday, I would be on that pier, and they all respected that.
I swam at Cocoa Beach many times. Almost lost my Sister there one time. She never learned to swim, and had no business even being in the Ocean. She waded out too far and an undertow grabbed her. Between My Sister-in-Law and I, we got her back!!
When did you live there? I moved there in '86.

Merritt Island is an island between mainland Florida's city of Cocoa and Rockledge, and barrier island cities of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral, where I've watch most missiles and the shuttles launched from, since I was in 3rd grade in 1957, for they shake my home and all the homes on Merritt Isalnd when they launch them.

I went to Edgewood Junior High School on Merritt Isaland with Gary Proper, the surf champion of many early surfing contests. He was a friend and a great athelete, who wouldn't play any sports, but the guys who did used to harrass him in intramural sports in PE, at the coaches urgings, where he and I were always teamed together, and used to beat the jocks all the time, until they gave up and left Gary be. They built Cocoa Beach High School, where Gary attended because he lived in Cocoa Beach, but I went to Cocoa High School since I lived on Merritt Island, then my last two years at Merritt Island High School when they built it, and became a pretty good jock myself, as I was chosen for the 'All County Baseball Team' at 2nd base. Gary never played any sports in high school, but only surfed and became a world champion at it, but everyone knew he could have played and excelled at any and all sports that he desired to play, as he always did in PE.
