This question is for all you liberal gun grabbers.

You are sitting in Denny's Restaurant, with your family. All of a sudden, a disgruntled former employee walks into the place and starts shooting everyone. What would you do?

If you had a gun, and knew how to use it, you might be able to do something. But you don't. What would you do?

I imagine they'd dial 911 and wait patiently for the appropriate authorities with guns to take control of the situation. After all, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away. Right?

If you're a liberal, and an armed intruder breaks into your home, you will do two things. Call 911, and pray to God that someone with a gun gets there in time to save you.

I am of the opinion that I would call 911 after I shoot the intruder.

BTW, the Police are not required to go to any specific person, So if they never show, you're just SOL!!!!

You, Sir, are clearly NOT a liberal. As we all know, liberals would rather be assured of certain death than have the choice of defending themselves with deadly force. They are the perennial victims, choosing victim-hood over survival every time. Congratulations, you clearly have no qualms about making the right decision before those 'seconds' start ticking away...

Of course you realize, if faced with a liberal cop, you may find yourself explaining your actions to a liberal judge, who will no doubt be very specific about the relevance of the threat you faced that caused your deadly force defense in the first place. Many liberals are also aware of this problem and choose to face a deadly situation unarmed than face a liberal judge after the fact. Case in point:

"LITTLETON, Colo. -- The victim of an armed robbery in his home could face criminal charges":

I remember some armed people tried to break into a home I was babysitting for my vacationing aunt and uncle in Quail Valley CA. I called 911 but it was 35 minutes before the cops showed up. I hit someone on the head with a hammer and got my name in the newspaper in the intervening time.

Only 35 minutes, eh? Imagine if they were carrying something that could 'reach out and touch'...

I have an English friend who spent 15 years in prison for murder after he deprived an intruder of the hatchet he was carrying and smacked him with it during the scuffle. According to his lawyer (this is England, remember), he was supposed to get out of the house and run to a neighbor to call the cops. Apparently, any action short of a display of complete cowardice is considered an act of vigilantism under British law.
