Not Bourdain, I believe it may have been Zimmer but I'm not positive. Same travel channel but this guy Zimmer eats bugs too. Linda, for the record, that greasy grit gravy, etc was all nonsense and the only thing chicken livers were ever good for was bait for catfish.

That's the one..I saw that show, I don't care they had been washed off and considered a delicacy.....They can keep them and when he was putting in his mouth I clicked off too...

There used to be a real old fashioned Mexican restaurant in Casper, Wyoming called The Flame. It served the hottest green chili I ever melted a spoon in. It was so hot that the next day ya had to poop in the river to keep from setting the prairie on fire. I like hot food but I'd never had anything like it before of since. I never went back for seconds. But I believe I had to consume an entire beer with each spoonful. Memories.

You did mention a few things that I'm fond of though. By all rights, I should have gravy flowing from my veins. I guess I'm lucky being a skinny guy with a high metabolism. Every time I have blood work done, I'm golden!

Yes Linda in a sense you are correct. In all my years on "OPP" I have never seen so much attention devoted to one insignificant subject such as "liver & onions, of which brings to mind my two favorite "brain lite" guys and their day to day thoughts. Nothing like a little humor to liven up one's day..
