Maybe they should ask for obammercare. lighten up we are aware of the backwardness of some countries. That is their culture. Probably liberal Africans. They would balk at change.

I believe that the female circumcision is do to the fact that many of the African tribes and areas are Muslim and that is a ritual in that religion. This is to keep the women from enjoying sex and possibly running away from their legal owner or as they claim husband. Most married women are treated worse than the family pet here in America.
