Npp, SWMBO has gone next door to help with goat delivery. Three does decided to have their kids this morning and she is great helping get the kids out, dry and cords tied. Last year we ended up with two male kids living in our bathroom because they arrived during a snowstorm 4 kids to one doe the neighbor kept the two doe kids in their house until they were old enough to cope with the cold weather. The two males ended up neutered and now belong to one of "our boys" who was adopted by a great couple and has come a long way. He has trained the kids to dance and do goat obedience. What it has done to his self esteem is nothing short of a miracle. Abused children all are different in their responses but Pete is really great. The dancing goats are a riot and get him a lot of new friends, plus something he knows others don't. Now I have to start the dough for pizza so we can have pizza for the whole delivery crew, plus the other one of "our boys" David and his foster family are going to spend the day with us. He is working on a secret project for a poster on OPP, and his artwork is outstanding.

Good Morning All! I'm running a little late this morning, getting prepped for the four grandkids to show up. We have a day at the firing range set up for them. They will be firing pistols and rifles, generally blowing the dickens out of things. I was busy prepping the steaks for our mid-afternoon meal.
