1/ Every single so-called 'undocumented immigrant' is guilty of a crime simply by virtue of his/her presence in the US. Newsflash; It's a crime to come sneaking across the border, so every single one of them is, ipso facto, a criminal immediately upon entering the country. Using their own numbers, "there were 3.5 million undocumented immigrants in the country in 1990, and 11.1 million in 2014". So add 11.1 million to the 123,000 in prison and we get a more accurate number. But that's only as of 2014. How many more are here now? We have no way of knowing because they're illegal!

2/ The majority of 'undocumented immigrants' found committing lesser crimes are deported in preference to legal proceedings and imprisonment. They never find themselves in prison and therefore are not part of this 'report'. That's convenient. I wonder if they did that on purpose... Nah, they wouldn't do that!
