We should read the prophets
If we want to see how God interacts with men we should read the old testament. If we want to know God’s true feelings, plans, and intentions we should read the prophets. God doesn’t change and God doesn’t die. The God in the old testament is the same God in the new testament. We do ourselves a disservice when we describe God without the word of God. We are saying things about God that He never said, and sometimes says opposite. The solution to our problems is in following God and reading our bibles. We are fooling ourselves when we think we are in charge. In the body there is only one head. God’s word should be taught in church. We should follow God and ignore man. There should be no gay clergy.
