I am a Night Owl, I stay up til the last Dog Dies, LOL!!! I have Insomnia, plus PTSD. Sometimes i have to force myself to sleep. So how late do Y'all stay up at night?

3---5 a.m. Sometimes all night. I don't seem to need much sleep. Too much to do and too much energy to burn off.

Wee hours are quiet and best time for.planning.

My son runs a server hosting several companies out of my house, the backups for their files start at 12:30 and the net access becomes too slow, so I knock off and go read for an hour or two. I sleep for about 3 hours and get up at 4:30 to 5:30.

Then I go catatonic once or twice a day for a half hour, there is no avoiding it I just pass out.

Sounds like my wife. I'm usually in bed by 9PM with a screaming back, but lay there and watch TV til about 11. Then this damn internal clock goes off between 4:45 and 5:00AM every morning.

Great way to do it! Sleep until you wake up. I usually wake up at 4:30 and never set an alarm, but then I do go to bed by 11

it depends what cowboy movie,that I havent seen before,is on the tv,but,usually 2 to 3 am,then bed,then wake up at 9:30 or so,then a nap in the afternoon.
