In an article written a while back "The Real Meaning Of The Word Selah In The Bible," I showed you that Selah was an actual place in the Bible that today is known simply as Petra in Jordan. Until the early 1800's, that region was known by it's full name of Selah Petra, which can be seen on old hand-drawn maps from that time. So everywhere in the Bible where you see the word 'Selah', it is invariably a reference to the coming time of Jacob's trouble, meaning Israel’s trouble.


A point of interest might be in this new Trump era, as enemies start to surround Israel for a confederate attack, that Jordan will be rising up as a powerful end time nation.
As we get closer to this Psalm 83 war it is starting to look like Jordan is about to take on this rule as a powerful end time player.

The full Psalm 83 verses: Do not keep silent, O God! Do not hold Your peace, And do not be still, O God! For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head. They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones. They have said, "Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more."For they have consulted together with one consent; They form a confederacy against You: The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagrites; Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assyria also has joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot, as with them as with Midian, As with Sisera, As with Jabin at the Brook Kishon, Who perished at En Dor, Who became as refuse on the earth. Make their nobles like Oreb and like Zeeb, Yes, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, Who said, "Let us take for ourselves The pastures of God for a possession." O my God, make them like the whirling dust, Like the chaff before the wind! In the end times war mentioned in the Bible, we of course read about the Battle of Armageddon, that takes place at the end of the great tribulation mentioned in Ezekiel 39 that takes place at the end of the time of Jacob’s trouble, and the Battle of Gog and Magog that happens three and one half years into the great tribulation. But there is yet another war mentioned, connected to the time of Jacob’s trouble, that would appear to be separate from either of these two wars – the Psalm 83 War. This short protracted war will in fact be known ahead of time. The Israelis will have the advantage and will defeat the arab armies completely taking back the full territory of the promised land and the spoils of war, the arab oil. It’s starting to look like Jordan is about to rise as a powerful end times player in the new Trump Era of Middle East relations. Indeed, as we have shown you time and again, Donald Trump was elected by God for just this purpose – to bring out amazing change and upheaval in the Middle East leading to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

LET’S IDENTIFY THE PLAYERS IN THE COMING PSALM 83 WAR:
Edom, Moab and Ammon: These three kingdom cities were located in Jordan, to the south of Israel.
Tyre and Gebal: Tyre was a major city in Lebanon, located to the north of Israel.
Assur: First capital city of Assyria, which was located to the east of Israel.
The Hagarenes: Descendants of the Hagar and connected to the people of Ishmael, located near the Persian Gulf.
The Philistines: Israel’s ancient enemy settled in Canaan, today they are known as the Palestinians and still trying to take over the land.

It’s interesting to note that in 2017, Israel is surrounded by every one of these nations and peoples mentioned in Psalm 83, as we have just shown you, easily identifiable by their ethnicity. Jordan in the Bible was a place where many important events occurred. John the Baptist baptized Jesus in the Jordan river, most likely on the east side. John would later be beheaded by Herod at the fortress located in Jordan. And Jordan will be the place, in Selah Petra, where the Jews will be miraculously protected and preserved from the Antichrist by God for a three and a half year period.
“Send ye the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion. For it shall be, that, as a wandering bird cast out of the nest,so the daughters of Moab shall be at the fords of Arnon. Take counsel, execute judgment; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; bewray not him that wandereth. Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land. And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.” Isaiah 16:1-5 (KJV)

BUT WHAT’S COMING NEXT IS A MAJOR ATTACK ON ISRAEL THAT LOOKS FOR ALL THE WORLD LIKE IT WILL ORIGINATE FROM JORDAN.
It is my contention that the Psalm 83 War will be triggered when Donald Trump authorizes the moving of the U.S. Embassy from its current location in Tel Aviv to the Old City of Jerusalem. A senior Palestinian official said that the move would be a ‘declaration of war’:A senior Palestinian official warned Sunday that a move by the Trump administration to relocate the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem would be perceived as an act of aggression against the entire Muslim world. “In our opinion moving the embassy to Jerusalem is a declaration of war against Muslims,” Fatah Central Committee member Jibril Rajoub, who also presides over the Palestinian soccer association, told The Times of Israel in an interview.

HOW DONALD TRUMP MOVING THE U.S. EMBASSY FROM TEL AVIV TO JERUSALEM COULD TRIGGER THE PSALM 83 WAR
Jordan looms large in coming Bible prophecy, and as the Trump administration plans to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, things will get explosive very quickly. I would even go so far as to say that the confederacy mentioned in Psalm 83 is being formed at this very moment.

I don't know squat about Prophecy other than what I just read but I've always figured King Abdullah of Jordan to be one of the more reasonable Arab leaders and possibly the least likely to start a war with Israel. That said, I understand he's just one person and under a lot of internal pressures. I'd always liked to think that he may just be the guy to help keep a lid on things. At any rate I'm old and there's a good chance I won't be around when the shit hits the fan.

Thank you for that. The Bible proves itself through fulfilled and fulfilling Bible prophecy. But the secular world and the Jews don't want to know and will not look into it. You should run this article again and again and again every couple of months. You're right on with it and it is most important of what people need to know. ------ If this does not move on immediately to the main list please repost it again and it probably will on the second time and certainly by the third. That's what I do when something I write is particularly important & it always works to move it along.

You need to use your scanner/copier and print that out and put it on the inside of your kitchen cupboard door after rereading it. Especially the last couple of paragraphs In time, you will find is article to be accurate as all these things come into fruition. But of course dumb you (all the liberals and even a lot of Christians) haven't a clue. As I mentioned, the Bible proves itself and all the pieces of fulfilling Bible prophecy continue to come about and fall into place. Shortly after the next time Israel is attacked the tribulations will begin and Armageddon will happen seven years after that when half of mankind has already been wiped out through war, starvation plags etc. There is no doubt about it 'cuz like I said the Bible proves itself. But of course the dummies (Majority of people) who are all part of the popular culture have no idea. (When that seven year peace agreement that they have been trying to bring into fruition for the last 30 years or so is finally enacted, that is when the tribulations will begin.
