Hillary Meltdown Spins Out-of-Control

The Horn News ~ Jan 17, 2017

Since her loss in November, reports say that failed presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has been in an emotional meltdown… and her most recent announcement is another embarrassing defeat.

Now heads are starting to roll — and insiders are growing increasingly nervous they’ll be the next to face Hillary’s wrath.

The Clintons announced last week that they would follow through with their plan to downsize the Clinton Foundation, and would be closing the Clinton Global Initiative for good.

With allies cutting ties and loyalists losing jobs, it’s clear the Clinton Empire is collapsing.

The CGI falls under the Clinton Foundation umbrella, with a purpose to, “convene global leaders to create and implement innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges,” according to the foundation website.

It’s known for a single, annual, swanky event where the elite mingle and discuss how they will save the world.

But the party’s over.

This week, the foundation announced 22 more Clinton employees will lose their jobs come the “layoff date” of April 15th. This adds to the 74 employees whose layoffs were previously announced in the fall.

The final CGI meeting had trivial attendance in comparison with previous years, with half the amount of attendees as 2011, according to Politico.

And it’s not just CGI that’s quickly down spiraling.

Since Hillary’s loss in November and her fading political influence, multiple donors have cut back their involvement with the foundation, showing less interest in association with the Clintons than ever before.

After 10 years of consistent donations, the Australian government failed to renew its partnership with the foundation, and Norway cut its donation a whopping $15.8 million between 2015 and 2016, according to Fox News.

The withdrawal of support for the foundation following Hillary’s defeat in November further supports any “pay-to-play” accusations of the Clinton Foundation.

With a lost presidency and a crumbling foundation, the Clinton cartel could finally be on it’s last breath.

Could 2017 be the year the Clinton political machine is finally powered down?

That is what happens when you are no longer capable of selling US federal government decisions, through the payments of exhorbitant speaking fees for 30 to 45 minute speeches given solely by a Clinton, and donations to a supposed charity foundation that was actually a slush fund for the Clinton family, and paid the bills for the Clinton daughter's wedding, and paid all the Clintons, the daughter too, huge salaries, and took care of all their daily needs and bills.

You'd think that a foundation for charity would be immune from this type of collapse.

If it was really a charity foundation, you'd be correct, for what has changed to make people uncharitable, if that is the reason behind them giving to the charity foundation? This isn't a slow down in the charitable giving, it is a complete collapse of the charitable giving to this foundation. For something that is as big a difference as this has proven to be, there has to be a reason for it, and the only reason visible is that no Clinton will be running any part of the US federal government. So why would that make this big of a difference, if those of the charitable giving was not receiving something in exchange for their charity? New Jersey US Senator Robert Menendez, and Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell and his wife, were prosecuted by Obama's DOJ, and found guilty of accepting bribes (gifts) with much, much less proof than what is available against the 'Clinton Foundation', and all the Clintons.

Too late, for the 'Bank of International Settlements' (BIS) reported a few months ago, before the election, that the Clintons had the 'Clinton Foundation' transfer $1.8 billion from a 'Clinton Foundation' account at JP Morgan in Philadelpia, to a personal account in a bank in Qutar.

The USA has no extradition agreements with Qutar, nor does any other country, and the Qutar government does not allow any banking information to be released without complete authority of the account holder only, to anyone, even governments. Because of this, Qutar is the main banking country in the Middle East, like Switzerland used to be in Europe, until the US government found a way to make Switzerland capitulate to US government demands.

To this day Qutar has refused the same information to all nations, and why every dictator around the world uses their banking system, and has made the country very rich, similar to how Switzerland also became a very rich nation.

The BIS has been set up by the 'World Bank' (WB) and the 'International Monetary Fund' (IMF) to report all large transfers of money everywhere in the world, mainly so the USA, but also many other nations, can track money for money laundering possibilities. The BIS makes all their monthly reports public, for the world to see.

The USA is very powerful financially, and holds most of the authority in the world's money matters, and is one of the reasons why the US dollar has been accepted as the world's 'Reserve Currency' (required oil purchases in USD, and biggest & strongest economy in world, being two other reasons).

Isn't it remarkable that all of these foreign entities are cutting the Clinton's off at the ankles but no one is drawing the conclusion that foreign governments were attempting to control the election. How is it that some casual comments and non-belligerent attitude gets Trump labeled a stooge for Putin and the Russian government is accused of unduly affecting the election, but all that money given to the Clinton's had no effect at all?

So who is the representative of foreign powers? How much did Putin contribute to a Trump PAC?

If this is true then it has to be completely illegal. Charities cannot transfer their money to personal accounts. The enormity of their crimes is encouraging; if Obama is as concerned with his legacy as seems to be the case , he is going to have serious issues with covering all of the Clinton Criminality. This may take an eleventh hour pardon off the table.

It is 'TRUE'! Go on the internet and check out the BIS's monthly reports for the last 4 or 5 months, everything they put out is for public consumption.

But nobody can determine if the Qutar bank account was private, or in the name of the 'Clinton Foundation', because Qutar laws require that no information be given to anyone or any state, without the consent of the account holder, the signees on the account. When that money is sitting in a Qutar bank, nobody but the signees on the account will know what it is used for. Once the account is established, and the signees designated, nobody can determine what the money is or will be used for, because that is the policy of Qutar to it's banks, their law so to speak. Nobody can find out which account the money went into, or what name is on the account, but whatever it is, the signees on the account can do whatever they want with the money, and nobody can hold them accoiuntable for anything, because no information is allowed to be given out about the account, not even who the signees on the account are. So who do you think the signees are?

Also with this report it was said that the Clintons, and the Obamas, both own huge mansions in Qutar, but that cannot be proven, because that information is also not allowed to be disseminated, but they were saying that the Clintons were supposed to be moving there to avoid being prosecuted by the Trump administration, for her e-mails, or for the 'Clinton Foundation' money laundering.
