Denver area~~warming is expected but here it can change in minutes..

27 degrees today and then it is supposed to warm up into the 40's for a couple of days then back into the 20's with snow for about 4-5 days. This is the time of the year that we warm up and then cool right back down. This will go on through January, February, March and April it starts warming up for summer.

Had 12" of snow by Monday. In the 70's today. Worked in yard without a jacket. Next weekend, in the 30's. I'm new to the area, and this blows my mind.

Wowww, where are you, if you don't mind saying...
I'm in Colorado and no exaggeration you can go between the three channels, and all have different predictions..

We get little rain but lots of snow..Can be 40 like it was and when the sun goes it's 17, 19°...Snow started at 3 instead of 5...lol Mother Nature wins again...

And now told by a poster we're getting a bigger storm this weekend...

Amen, you certainly do!! I thought of you and Mrs . B...If either or both of you had to be out in bad weather??

The snow has stopped for now and only dropped couple inches ..They were predicting 24"....Mountain terrain is at about 18" right now... Cold rest of the week. More snow Sunday and Monday...

They are wrong more than they are right! They can be convincing though! Just go to western Oklahoma, and see if you can find a loaf of bread!

Adjust? Back home in Kentucky, this snow would have been piled up for weeks. Here it is gone overnight. I loved being snowbound, but I loved the short stay of the snow even more. So far, this has been a perfect winter.

Got to have our four seasons, each bring something special....

Lived in Louisville for a while..Had property in Port Royal, first tobacco, gradually converted to cows...My Uncle maintained it, lived there and I loved going to visit...Loved the Derby too!!!

Kentucky also beautiful....Bluegrass state for a reason..
