You have no idea about the personal choices I've made in my life, which I will say right now, NEVER included the abortion of a child. My wife and I are educated users of birth control... as a result we have two children that we planned for, a healthy sex-life and ZERO abortions.


I didn't say they were the only ones... I only said that the people who claim to be "pro-life" are opposed to the most effective measures to prevent them. Making abortion illegal is not any more effective than making pot illegal. Pot became the #2 cash crop in the nation when it was still illegal in all 50 states. What does THAT tell you? And yet, that's all you want to do... Just make it illegal. Oh, and preach abstinence... Another Pollyanna example of clueless stupidity because you are asking young people to fight their sexual urges just because they are told to. I realize that religious conservatives are sexually repressed sheep and for *some* of them it might actually work, but there are millions of young people who don't give a shit about what you are preaching and they are going to follow their urges anyway. The chances of preventing pregnancy are far greater when you give them the option of birth control.

So you should ask yourself... Are you actually trying to prevent the murder of unborn children or are you just trying to force moral authority on young mothers?


Then you should stop doing it.


Maybe I'm just not as simple-minded as you are. I can understand the complex value of sacrifice, where I don't think you even know what that means. When we dropped the bomb on Hiroshima it was as premeditated and only an idiot would assume no one in that city was carrying an unborn child. The idea was that by sacrificing the lives of an entire city of civilians we would save many more lives by ending a massive war. For some of us it's worth sacrificing a smaller number of lives to save a larger number of lives.

So, yes... I justify the "murder" of a smaller number of unborn children when I think it will save a much larger number of unborn children, which is why I support Planned Parenthood. You can demonize them all you want but they probably prevent more abortions than they ever provide. Oh, and I also justify the "murder" of an unborn child to save the life of the mother, especially if other born children depend on her.

But you just stick to your simple-minded righteousness and enjoy the bliss of ignorance as you continue to push for an environment that fosters even more premeditated murder of unborn children.


I happen to know that 56 million is the total number of "reported" induced abortions from 2010-2014 worldwide. ALL of the abortions legally performed in the U.S. are reported so they are all included in that number but by themselves the total is only 1.2 million, so if you're going to peg me to anything that would be it because I have no influence over the larger numbers outside the jurisdiction of our democracy.

But since you brought it up...

Of that 56 million world-wide... the largest number of abortions, 49.6 million, are in developing nations, compared to 6.7 million in developed nations. The highest rate of reported abortions are in Latin America where the Roman Catholic Church plays a strong role in limiting sex education and birth control. According to Guttmacher which produced the 56 million estimate, abortion laws make little difference in the numbers. The rate is 37 abortions per 1,000 women of child-bearing age where abortion is prohibited compared to 34 abortions per 1,000 women of child-bearing age in countries where abortion is permitted. And keep in mind these are just the reported incidents... it's estimated that millions more occur secretly in countries where abortion is prohibited.

So... the facts are not on your side... and YOU are the POS liar and where I will share the responsibility for 1.2 million "murders" YOU are the advocate pushing for much higher numbers. You are the most vile of all creatures. The kind that chooses to ignore the millions of unborn children being murdered for the sake of parading around your own narcissistic righteousness.

Sam said that it was not being able to say goodbye to his nightclub owner friend, Sam Clam. Gabriel thought, and decided to have Sam, harp and all , have one last night with Sam. I was amazed that a state with so many natural resources and Silicon Valley could be considered in the high poverty category. I have friends in San Diego. Been there for years. They tell me L.A. and San Francisco once beautiful areas are the pits now. I guess they are misinformed also..
