Only in Ruski land, They also have their drunk drivers, however we have our loonies...along with our drunks.I just knew we had something in common with these folks.

Don, you're living in a lunatic asylum. People drive precisely the way they do everything else in their life. People are selfish, and irresponsible . Look around you they're everywhere. More than anything else driving requires a great deal of patience. When was the last time you observed a patient person.
