Gun Control; It has already started at Bass Pro Shops Sporting Goods.

When I was ready to pay for my purchases of gun powder and bullets, the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me."

Making a mental note to complain to the NRA about the gun control wackos running amok, I did just as she had
instructed. When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to how I should
place my credit card in the card reader.

I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future.

They need to make their instructions to seniors a little clearer.

I still don't think I looked that bad.

Here's some instructions..... next time, go to Cabela's. They have better prices and are more appreciative. Better still, order online from Sportsman's Guide. Their prices are even better, AND, you can strip down and tell them how good you look and they will compliment you. Polite folks there. Hope you had a Merry Christmas. I'm jealous 'cause you got to spend it in NM.

Thank for the advise. It was a balmy 49 here yesterday, this mornin' it's 29. Put the wind with that and it's down right cold. Hoping you had a Merry Christmas and you'll have a Happy New Year.

It was 74 here. Warmer than the last winter I spent in Ft Pierce FL. It was really cold last week, though. (What I consider cold now after living in GA for ten years; not REALLY cold.)

When we lived in San Antonio I got to go fishing down there by the land cut at the bottom of Padre Island. Caught hell out of the Redfish. Great fishing in the intercoastal canal. Fun times...(:-))
