Schuette filed an emergency motion with the state supreme court — the court of final appeal in Michigan — while Trump lodged a complaint with the Michigan Bureau of Elections.

This election saw less than 6M of them vote. According to Pennsylvania election law, the margin of victory must be within 0.5% to qualify for a recount. Trump won by 0.8% margin.
It's time you admit that Stein/Hillary know they can't win and they know if the 3 states EC votes are subtracted and it goes to congress....they still lose. You are correct. There is documented voter fraud. In WI for instance, it has been uncovered that many nursing home residents who personally did not vote, had votes they did not cast...register in their names...for Hillary.
The recount is gaining votes for Trump and reducing Hillary's count. Trump actually won the popular vote and thanks to the recount it is showing.
